Are you our new senior operations manager?
At mintBlue, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.
As a startup, we rapidly iterate and adapt to our changing environment, so independent thinking and flexibility are key to being successful in this role.
We’d love to work with someone who has a great sense of responsibility and ownership over their work, whose goal is to increase the opportunity for mintBlue to succeed by optimizing operational practices within mintBlue.
what you’ll be doing (in a rough order of priority)
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
Entrepreneurial mindset. Great at taking ownership while guarding operational structure and holding team members accountable.
Learning mindset. Not afraid to be flexible and wear multiple hats.
Great communication and writing skills. Can lead internal workshops and meetings. Can support with external workshops, meetings.
Fluent in English and Dutch
Self-disciplined with high standards and ethics with a reasonable and responsible approach.

Has had a business before
Experience as a COO at a startup/scaleup
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
Not afraid of technology. Strong IT skills, excited to learn about new tools and always asking ‘how can I apply automation here to make this more efficient.
